We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our team Monday to Friday in a busy artisan bakery/café environment in the Dublin area.
This is a full-time position focused on sourdough production, pastry preparation and daily bakery operations.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year experience working with sourdough bread
- Ability to shape and bake artisan breads consistently
- Experience making cakes and traybakes
- Good organisation and time management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for quality products and attention to detail
