Keynote PCO is currently recruiting a Project Assistant to work within our growing project team at our offices in Blackrock, Co Dublin. Reporting to the Operations Director we are seeking a candidate with:
- A proven track record in hospitality, office administration and/or digital marketing
- Fluent English along with excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent MS office skills are essential
- Experience on registration systems Stova / Events Air / Cvent would be an advantage but not essential
- Event marketing skills – a knowledge of WordPress, Canva or Photoshop would be an advantage
- A positive can-do attitude, with expert attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong organisation skills and the desire to work as part of a close-knit team
- An ability to build and maintain excellent relations with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- A third level qualification in hospitality and/or event management is an advantage but not essential
- Enthusiasm for the meetings and events industry
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting our project managers in the planning and delivery of association conferences to the highest industry standard
- Management of online registration for delegates, sponsors and speakers using our online registration software Stova
- Managing a large volume of email correspondence, as the first point of contact for conference delegates
- Responsible for writing and designing marketing emails and social media posts
- Day-to-day maintenance of conference websites
- Management of accommodation blocks, tour bookings and assisting with social event management
- Management of basic conference finances, including invoicing and bank reconciliation
- Providing onsite support at events
