Retail Profiling are a leading, globally recognised field sales and marketing organisation.
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Developer to join our field team, covering Ireland including Dublin, Limerick and Cork. In this role, you’ll represent market-leading consumer brands like Samsung, DJI, Bosch, JBL and more helping to drive sales and brand visibility.
This is a full-time 100% field based position, working predominantly Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required to support occasional weekend work during peak periods, as well as early mornings and overnight activity when needed.

Essential requirements:
- Full, clean driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- A willingness to travel – This role requires daily travel across Ireland, including Limerick, Dublin and Cork visiting various retail stores across the country.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, occasional overnight stays, and weekends during peak trading periods.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Field sales, training or merchandising/installation experience, ideally in consumer electronics, telecoms, beauty or DIY.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- A detail-oriented and accurate approach.
- A proactive, reliable attitude and confidence with display installations.
- Passion for technology.
Core responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with retail stores and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Train and support store staff to showcase product features and drive sales.
- Efficiently set up displays, arrange products, and execute visual merchandising plans to enhance product visibility and maximise sales.
- Represent our brands confidently at trade and consumer events.
- Share knowledge and best practices to inspire team growth and advocacy.
The package:
- Salary: €29,744 - €30,750.
- €525 monthly Car allowance
