The Quality Service Agent will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned, inspected, and rental‑ready by carrying out quality checks, return inspections, damage reporting, and lost‑and‑found management to uphold fleet standards and customer service quality.
This is a Fixed-Term position from end-June to end-September 2026.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Vehicle Quality & Cleaning Checks:
- Inspect vehicles after cleaning to ensure they meet company standards for interior and exterior presentation.
- Report any issues related to poor cleaning quality to the cleaning team and Garage supervisor.
- Conduct spot checks on parked vehicles to confirm they remain clean, fuelled, and ready for the next rental.
- Achieve a 25% increase in quality data recorded on the Oapp System using daily returns as a key metric.
Return & Inspection Duties:
- Carry out return checks for customers, including recording mileage (KM), fuel level, and overall vehicle condition in the system.
- Identify and log any new damage not previously recorded, following company damage-reporting procedures.
- Update system records accurately to ensure real-time fleet status and condition visibility.
Lost and Found Management:
- Check vehicles for lost and found items during inspections or cleaning checks.
- Record and label found items clearly, ensuring they are stored safely and traceably.
- Communicate promptly with Customer Service to help reunite customers with their belongings.
General Responsibilities:
- Always maintain a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Follow all health and safety procedures when working around vehicles.
- Support the wider garage team as needed, especially during busy periods.
- Report any operational issues or recurring problems to the Garage Supervisor or Garage Manager
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use fleet systems for check-ins and reporting).
- Good communication skills for coordination with cleaning teams and customer service.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to daily duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Any other duties as required by management
