The Spray Painting Specialist is responsible for applying high-quality paint and coating finishes to manufactured components using spray equipment. This role ensures all painted products meet quality, safety, and production standards while maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming as required
- Operate spray painting equipment to apply coatings evenly and accurately
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and technical data sheets
- Inspect finished products for defects such as runs, sags, uneven coverage, or contamination
- Perform touch-ups and rework as needed to meet quality standards
- Maintain and clean spray guns, booths, and related equipment
- Follow production schedules and work efficiently to meet output targets
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations, including PPE use
- Document work performed and report any equipment or quality issues
- Work collaboratively with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a spray painter in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of different paints, coatings, and surface preparation techniques
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with safety standards related to paints, solvents, and ventilation systems
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience with automated or robotic spray systems
- Understanding of coating thickness measurement and quality inspection tools
- Certification or training in industrial painting or coatings (a plus)
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing environment with exposure to paint fumes (PPE provided)

Pay: Up to €40,000.00 per year
