Job Description:
We are a family-owned Irish jewellery business with over 45 years of heritage in jewellery design and craftsmanship, with two stores in Galway City Centre and an established online presence serving customers across Ireland and worldwide. Inspired by Ireland's rich artistic traditions, our collections include Celtic, Claddagh and contemporary Irish jewellery.
We are seeking an organised, reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Digital Support Assistant to support the day-to-day operation and development of our online sales channels. This role focuses on maintaining and improving our Shopify website and Etsy stores, assisting with online orders, supporting customer communications, managing digital product information and helping ensure our online operations run smoothly. Working closely with the wider team, you will play an important role in supporting our growing e-commerce business while helping to deliver an excellent online customer experience. This position is ideal for someone with an interest in online retail, digital systems, organisation and customer service who enjoys combining administrative accuracy with practical problem-solving.

Working Hours:
Mondays-Saturdays: 9am-5pm

Responsibilities:
E-Commerce:
* Assist with the Development, Maintenance and Improvement of Shopify and Etsy Stores.
* Upload and Manage Product Listings, Images, Descriptions and Product Information.
* Monitor and Maintain Accurate Online Inventory Information.
* Assist with Online Order Processing and Administration.
* Support the Organisation and Presentation of Online Product Collections.
* Assist with Product Categorisation and Website Content Updates.
* Help Improve the Online Customer Experience. Pack and Ship Online Orders Accurately and Efficiently.
* Prepare Orders for Dispatch and Maintain Shipping Records.
* Help Ensure Orders Are Processed, Packaged and Delivered to a High Standard.
Customer Support:
* Respond to Online Customer Enquiries Professionally and Efficiently.
* Assist Customers with Product Information, Order Queries and General Support.
* Support Online Customer Relationship Management.
* Help Maintain High Standards of Customer Service Across Digital Channels.
Digital Operations:
* Assist with Stock Management Through Digital Systems.
* Maintain Accurate Digital Records and Product Information.
* Support the Organisation of Digital Files, Images and Content Libraries.
* Assist with Website, Inventory and Administrative Projects.
* Work Collaboratively with Colleagues Across Retail and Online Operations.
Essential Requirements:
* Must be Legally Eligible to Work in the Republic of Ireland.
* Must Have (or be able to open) a Bank Account in the Republic of Ireland (for Payroll Purposes).
* Strong Interest in E-Commerce, Online Retail and Digital Systems.
* Experience with Shopify, Etsy or Other E-Commerce Platforms.
* Interest in Jewellery, Fashion and Retail
* Interest in Irish Design, Craftsmanship and Branding.
* Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy.
* Good Computer Literacy and Digital Platform Skills.
* Strong Organisational and Administrative Skills.
* Experience in Customer Service or Online Customer Support.
* Experience Using Digital Administrative Systems.
* Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Meet Deadlines.
* Ability to Maintain Accurate Product, Order and Customer Records.
* Strong Written Communication Skills for Customer Interaction.
* Fluent in Spoken and Written English.

* Experience in Retail, Sales or Small Business Environment.
* Familiarity with Email or Customer Messaging Platforms.
* Understanding of E-Commerce Operations and Online Retail Flow.
* Basic Understanding of Online Sales and Customer Experience Principles.
* Additional Experience in Jewellery, Fashion or Lifestyle Retail (Advantage).
