We are seeking an experienced and motivated restaurant team leader to join our food and beverage team in Century Complex. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, supporting restaurant operations, and leading a front-of-house team in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will support the management team in the front-of-house operation of our restaurant while ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards throughout.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
- Assist with staff training and team development.
- Maintain cleanliness, have excellent organisational skills, and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Assist with day-to-day restaurant floor supervision and shift management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality/food and beverage supervisory role is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Flexibility to work mornings/evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
