Neville Jewellers is a family-owned Irish jewellery business with over 50 years of heritage. For generations, we have helped customers celebrate life's most important moments through beautifully crafted jewellery, diamonds and watches.
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Wilton team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is motivated by achieving sales success. Whether helping a customer choose an engagement ring, a special anniversary gift or their next watch purchase, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences and building lasting customer relationships.
The Role
As a Jewellery Sales Consultant, you will represent the Neville Jewellers brand and provide outstanding service to every customer who visits our store.
You will:
- Welcome and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Guide customers through jewellery, watch and gift purchases.
- Develop strong product knowledge across our collections.
- Build lasting customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Support colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Handle transactions accurately and professionally.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in retail sales and customer service.
- Naturally confident, personable and professional.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Motivated by achieving sales goals and personal targets.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
- Well presented and proud to represent a premium retail brand.
Previous jewellery experience is desirable but not essential, as full product training will be provided.
