Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Kitchen Porter will support the chef and kitchen team in maintaining hygiene & cleanliness levels in the kitchens.
Key Responsibilities:
Your main areas of responsibility will include, but are not confined to:-
- Maintaining a supply of clean ware / cooking ware & kitchen utensils at all times
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times
- Work alongside the chef team to maintain HACCP standards
General
You are expected to carry out your duties in a diligent and professional manner with a friendly outgoing attitude. It is important that you work together positively with other members of the team to ensure that we operate a high standard of professional service and provide an enjoyable environment for members, customers and employees alike.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen
- Flexibility in working hours as role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
- Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative
