Role Overview:
We are recruiting for two flexible mobile support cleaners to strengthen operational coverage across our sites. These roles will primarily focus on covering cleaning shifts, absences, holidays, emergency staffing gaps, and supporting site standards through quality control checks and operational support.
Both positions must be flexible to cover morning, daytime, or evening shifts depending on business needs, even though each will have a primary standard schedule.
These roles are designed to improve staffing stability, strengthen site performance, and provide better day and evening operational oversight.
Available Positions:
Position
- Standard shift: 13:30 – 20:00
- Monday to Friday
- Flexibility required for morning or evening cover depending on operational requirements
- Occasional weekend flexibility for special projects or emergency cover
- €17 per hour
- Mileage for travel such as annual leap cardKey Responsibilities:
- Cover cleaning shifts across multiple sites
- Morning, daytime, or evening flexibility
- Emergency and short-notice cover
- Holiday and absence cover
- Site visits and quality control checks
- Consumables, dispensers, and presentation checks
- Reporting issues proactively to management
- Photo reporting and site feedback
- Supporting operational standards and client satisfaction
- Assisting with staffing gaps and special projects
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong professional cleaning experience essential
- Flexible and dependable
- Full driving licence strongly preferred
- Comfortable travelling between multiple sites
- Good English communication and reporting skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Supervisory or quality control experience beneficial
