Finishing Foreman – Clare
We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a residential construction project in Co. Clare. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong finishing and snagging experience to take ownership of internal works and drive projects through to high-quality completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all finishing works from second fix through to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors including carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians, and dryliners
- Ensure all units are delivered to a high standard and ready for handover
- Manage snagging, de-snagging, and final quality control inspections
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Project Team to maintain programme targets
- Monitor daily progress and ensure deadlines are achieved
- Resolve site issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays
- Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety standards
- Ensure site presentation and housekeeping are kept to a high standard
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of internal finishes and sequencing of trades
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
- Trade background or construction qualification advantageous

Pay: €65,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
