Cian's Home Care is currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Agency Health Care Assistants to join our growing team in Cavan and Monaghan. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of healthcare settings while providing high-quality, person-centred care to service users.
Role Responsibilities
- Assisting service users with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting individuals in maintaining their dignity, independence, and wellbeing
- Following care plans and organisational policies and procedures
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns appropriately
- Promoting a safe and positive environment for service users
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or equivalent
- Experience working in healthcare or social care settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to different work environments and service user needs
- Full driving licence required
