NAMO is growing, and we need someone brilliant to take ownership of our People world.
This is a hands-on People & Talent role for someone who loves people, knows their HR
stuff and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
You’ll be joining at a great time to shape how we do things – bringing more structure
and consistency where we need it, while keeping our People approach simple, practical
and very NAMO.
This is a flexible role, with 2 days per week based in our Kilkenny office and 3 days
remote.
Regular travel across our store locations will be an important part of the role, giving you
the opportunity to spend time with managers and crew, and understand the business
first-hand.
During your first 3 months, you may need to spend more time in our Kilkenny office as
you get to know the business and establish relationships, but we can work together on
an approach that works for everyone.

- Coach managers through feedback, difficult conversations and the appropriate processes.
- Support employee meetings and conversations where needed.
- Help ensure good records and documentation are maintained.

- Manage employee contracts, documentation and employee changes.
- Keep employee records accurate and up to date.
- Support absence and leave management.

- Identify recurring development needs across teams.
- Support practical manager development initiatives.

- Help evolve benefits, development and progression as the business grows.
