This role is for an experienced deli manager who is competent in all areas and has exceptional customer service when it comes to serving the public and leading the team by example.
Experience in the following is essential:
Stock control, ordering, rotation, stock takes etc
Waste recording and management
HACCP and staff training to the minimum requirements
The salary is negotiable and there will also be an added target driven bonus. The role will be 5 days per week over seven days.
Pay: €32,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
