Job Description:
Little Rascals Creche & Montessori are looking for an Experienced Early Childhood Practitioner with a passion for working with children to join our childcare team. The ideal candidate will have a fun, friendly and enthusiastic personality and enjoy working with children of all age groups.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To be attentive to the children in your care
- Partake in the efficient day to day running of the classroom
- Implement an emergent curriculum
- Plan, document and evaluate curriculum making links to child development and learning.
- Incorporate Outdoor Play daily
- To work in co-operation with the manager & the other team members
Requirements:
- A recognised full childcare qualification (minimum level 5 in childcare or above). Wage in line with qualification, experience and role.
- Enjoy being part of a childcare team
- Use initiative appropriately and exercise responsibility when required
- Good communication skills.
- A knowledge of Aistear is desirable but can be gained through practice.
- Experience in a childcare environment desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €15.00-€17.50 per hour
