Setting Out Engineer:
Seeking an experienced Setting Out Engineer to join our team on a long-term school construction project in Drogheda.
Location: Drogheda, Co. Louth
Project: School Development
Duration: Ongoing (2-year project) – starting mid-July
Working Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting out and surveying works on site
- Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and design teams
- Maintaining accurate records and survey data
- Assisting with quality control and project delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in setting out engineering on construction projects
- Proficiency with surveying equipment and setting-out software
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Relevant engineering qualification preferred
