Servisource supply fully qualified and compliant temporary healthcare staff to Healthcare Facilities in Dublin.
The Role -
As a Social care Worker we would expect the duties to involve household duties such as;
- Complete aspects of personal care as appropriate for residents.
- Account for all grocery, social and personal funds.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general presentation of the residence.
- Complete household tasks as appropriate e.g. cooking, cleaning and general maintenance of the vehicle.
- Admin Work
Responsibilities of Social Care Workers -
- To have proven ability to interact successfully with people with various disabilities.
- Understanding and experience of therapeutic interventions.
- A knowledge of the HIQA/Tusla regulations and standards.
- To be an active member of a multi-disciplinary team who assess needs, develop strategies and implement plans that can be used to support change and development; particularly strategies to support self-esteem, motivation and resilience.
Requirements -
- Drivers Licence/Access to own car
- Third Level Qualification in Social Care - Level 7/8.
- TCI Certificate
- CORU registration
- x3 Written References from Education/Previous Employment.
- Proof of Vaccinations - MMR, BCG, Hep B and Varciella.
- Be willing to undergo Garda Vetting
