About The Role
We are looking for a 'Social Media Ninja' to lead our online communities with inspiring story-telling and content that inspires them. The right candidate will be skilled in managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, shooting video content, editing and uploading and managing e-commerce social channels like TikTok.
Design skills is a bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement an always on, active social strategy using a range of UGC, owned content and influencer engagement
- E-Commerce Management: Oversee the management and optimisation of our presence on TikTok Shop ensuring product listings are effective, competitive, and aligned with brand standards.
- VIP Customer loyalty schemes, manage a bespoke community for our most loyal customers
- Email Marketing: Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture customer relationships and drive repeat sales. Utilise strong copywriting skills for marketing materials and campaigns.
- Beauty Market Analysis: Manage market research and analyse data to understand customer behaviour and the competitive landscape, and to identify market trends and opportunities, informing strategic decisions.
- Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital marketing and e-commerce activities, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Video Content Creation: Shoot, edit and create inspiring content for our audience
- Photography Skills: Proficient in shooting and editing product shots and flat lays
- Affiliate Programme: Manager our affiliate scheme and recruit influencers and beauty lovers to join
- Manage our social media ad campaigns with bespoke content creation and a keen eye for trends in this area
Qualifications/Skills:
- Education: Digital Marketing, Videography, Photography or Social Media qualification is an advantage
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable experience managing e-commerce platforms and proficiency in social media marketing (Meta, TikTok) and email marketing tools like Klaviyo
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of driving business growth through digital channels.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
- Knowledge: Of the beauty landscape is a plus
