Job Description
Denjoes is currently recruiting a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Assistant to join our busy fast-paced restaurant team.
This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring food is prepared efficiently and the workspace is kept clean and organised.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Support stock organisation and deliveries
- Follow all food safety and health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Availability Requirement
Due to the operational needs of the business, this role is best suited to candidates who are:
- Available year-round
- Not restricted by term-time commitments or early curfews
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
