Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Lead Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an instructor who is ready to take the next step in their career by combining exceptional coaching with leadership responsibilities.
As Lead Instructor, you will set the standard for coaching excellence, support and mentor the instructor team, contribute to studio operations, and help create an outstanding member experience across both locations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead by example through delivering exceptional Reformer Pilates classes.
Support the launch and ongoing success of our Sandyford studio.
Mentor, coach, and support the instructor team to maintain high coaching standards.
Assist with instructor onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
Ensure every class delivers a consistent, high-quality member experience.
Support day-to-day studio operations and work closely with the Studio Management team.
Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and community-focused studio environment.
Build strong relationships with members and encourage long-term engagement and retention.
Maintain studio standards, equipment, and health and safety procedures.
Work alongside the Head of Operations for TRIB3 & PILAT3S Ireland to support the continued growth and success of both studios.
Requirements
Fully qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor (essential).
Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates in a boutique studio environment.
Leadership or mentoring experience is desirable.
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Flexibility to work across both Cherrywood and Sandyford studios.
