The Role:
Generating new business via new HVAC Design and Build, PPM, and Shiva Air Sterilisation Products sales.
The ideal candidate will be used to a commission-based sales position, with excellent communications skills, able to work on their own initiative, and be self-driven.
As there is no salary cap, it is up to the performance of the candidate to determine how high their salary can potentially be. There is easy potential to earn €200k+ per annum in a commission for the right individual, with the right experience, contacts, and drive.
Self-employed persons, or Ltd companies / distribution agency’s willing to dedicate members of staff to this task may also suit this role.
The Products:
The products are company IP owned, patented, and self-manufactured ‘Air Sterilisation’ Products at the premium end of the market. Training will be provided to the candidate to operate and to learn the benefits of these niche products.
The target markets which have been successful to date include, but are not limited to: Medical & Healthcare, Office Settings, Retail & Hospitality, Government & Local Authorities, Schools & Colleges.
Previous experience with government contracts and/or dealing with the HSE (Ireland) is an advantage and is encouraged to be declared on application. There is a minimum quarterly sales target to meet, to ensure neither the company, nor the candidate is wasting each other’s time. Warm sales leads which naturally generate weekly via branding and advertisement campaigns will be provided to the candidate, however the ideal candidate will be expected to have their own methods of generating leads via existing contacts.
This position is focused on the island of Ireland, (north and south). However, if a candidate has potential access for export sales markets- it is welcome, but should be declared in the application as we currently have arrangements for distributors in markets including the UK, EU, US, and UAE.
