We’re ActionCOACH, and we’re looking for talented people to join our team as Business Coaches, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
This is an employee position — you won’t need to build a coaching practice from scratch. You’ll work with established systems, proven coaching methodologies and the support of an experienced team, while developing your own capability as a coach.
We’re looking for people who want to grow, expand their knowledge and increase their influence. You’ll learn a great deal about business strategy, sales, marketing, finance, leadership, team development and business performance — but we also expect you to bring your own experience, judgement and ideas to the table.
Most importantly, you need to care about results.
You need to enjoy seeing other people succeed. You need to be prepared to challenge business owners when necessary, support them when things are difficult, and hold them accountable to the goals they have committed to achieving.
You might be a good fit if you are:
- Commercially minded and genuinely interested in business.
- Confident working with business owners, managers and senior people.
- A strong communicator who can listen as well as challenge.
- Comfortable analysing numbers and understanding what drives profitability.
- Organised, systematic and capable of managing several client relationships.
- Ambitious and interested in continually developing your own skills.
- Positive, credible and professional.
- Someone who enjoys helping other people perform at their best.
Previous experience as a business coach is not essential.
You may currently be a business owner, senior manager, salesperson, accountant, consultant, operations manager or someone who has accumulated significant commercial experience and now wants to use that experience to help other businesses succeed.
What matters is that you have business sense, credibility, energy and the desire to make an impact.
Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

For some, this will be a full-time career move and an opportunity to develop into a highly accomplished professional Business Coach.
For others, a part-time coaching role may be the ideal way to use years of business experience while maintaining other professional or personal commitments.
