- Gardening, outdoor exploration and nature based learning
- Messy play, sensory experiences and creative activities
- Seasonal celebrations, themed weeks and child led learning experiences
The Role
As an Early Years Educator, you will:
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play based experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, nappy changing and transitions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment.
- Help plan and deliver meaningful activities that encourage children's confidence, independence and curiosity.
- Maintain high standards in line with Tusla regulations and Little Minds policies and procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Early Childhood qualification.
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Be caring, enthusiastic and reliable.
- Enjoy being creative and getting involved in all aspects of preschool life.
- Work well as part of a team.
