Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to maintain a level of personal/work hygiene in the cleanrooms 10K and general production floor by wearing appropriate clean protective garments as per Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) procedures.
- Packaging of product, carrying out visual inspections on specialised products.
- Working within a team environment to achieve Production & Quality Targets.
- Maintenance of high-quality standards.
- Adherence to good housekeeping, Health & Safety and Cleanroom procedures.
- Following procedures and carrying out visual inspections on specialised products.
Key requirements for the Role include:
- Willingness and aptitude to multi-skill
- Excellent Attendance and Time-Keeping
- Previous General Operative in manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Accuracy and good attention to detail
- Good level of written and spoken English language skills
- Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
- Please note that this is a 2-year fixed-term contract. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to commit to the full duration of the term.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Leaving Certification or equivalent
- The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding/awareness of Customer requirements in terms of quality and delivery.
- Ability to impart knowledge in a clear concise manner.
- Demonstrate working as part of a team with common goals.
- Decision-making and Reporting skills
- Good Attendance record
- Full-time Position on a 2 year fixed term contract.
