· Responsible for day to day running of the site
. Responsible for all Health and safety on site
. Overall responsibility for meeting construction programme on site
. Review ALL documentation issued by DT to be fully aware of JSD SOW
. Review subcontractor and supplier packages during and after appointment to be fully aware of their SOW
. Ensuring all QEHS paperwork is completed daily, weekly, fortnightly as required
. Change/Variation identification and notification to PM and Project QS (all possible changes/variations to be identified)
. Responsible for completing, managing and tracking the 2-week lookahead and main programme updates for the project team meetings (This leads into the Client Progress Meeting Report)
. Responsible for Whiteboard meeting each morning at 7.30
. Attend and feed into the weekly Subcontractor meetings (2 week lookahead)
. Responsible for notifying of any Design team inspections, managing the inspection and closing out all issues on reports
. Co-ordinate with Engineer on materials bookings and tracking same
. Complete site diary
. Review subcontractor and supplier packages during and after appointment to be fully aware of their SOW
Pay: €75,000.00-€90,000.00 per year
