- Demonstrate depth and breadth of senior nursing/midwifery management and
leadership experience in managing supplementary staffing requirements
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in delivering programme(s) of change in
workforce management in a complex multi stakeholder environment.
- Demonstrate significant Nursing/Midwifery and HCA HR and Workforce planning
experience at senior management level, at a corporate level in a complex healthcare
environment.
