Production Technician
Location: Verity Medical Ltd., Tagoat, Co. Wexford

Role Overview
We are seeking a Temporary Production Technician to support the assembly, testing of electronic medical devices. The role involves working with PCB assemblies, ensuring product quality, and following defined production procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test PCB-based devices in line with production procedures
- Follow ESD safety practices when handling electronic components
- Carry out functional testing and ensure equipment used is calibrated and working correctly
- Identify and segregate non-conforming products
- Ensure correct batch numbers, serial numbers, and documentation are recorded and maintained
- Support software flashing/updates and basic validation activities where required
- Ensure production builds follow the correct technical documentation and BOM versions
- Log completed devices and shipments accurately, including test results and serial numbers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in electronics assembly or manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Good hand-eye coordination and practical skills
- Ability to work accurately under supervision
- Reliable and willing to learn
Additional Information
- Temporary role to support production demand, with the possibility that it may later be converted into a permanent position.
- Full training provided where required
- Must work in line with company quality and safety standards
