Job Title: Revit Technician (Precast Concrete Design)
Location: Castleconnell, County Limerick (Hybrid option available)

We are a growing precast concrete design company based in Castleconnell, delivering high-quality structural solutions across a range of projects. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Revit Technician to join our team.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the modelling and detailing of precast concrete structures. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong experience in Revit and a good understanding of reinforced concrete detailing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed 3D models of precast concrete structures using Revit
- Produce accurate precast element drawings and make sheets
- Prepare reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules (BBS)
- Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy
- Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with project specifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience using Revit (structural experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of precast concrete elements and detailing
- Experience preparing reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
- Experience in precast or structural engineering environment
- Familiarity with relevant Irish/UK standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
