Job Title: Quality Assistant
Job Purpose: Support the site Quality & Food Safety Management System in compliance with all Legal and customer requirements.
Reporting to: Site Quality Manager
Location: Tipperary Town, Co. Tipperary
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following:
Complete Customer Questionnaires and Approval Documentation as required.
Manage the Foods Connected specification management system in consultation with the Site Quality Manager for the products in your assigned department.
Manage the Site Finished Product Specification register and Specification review process and approval in consultation with the Quality Manager for the products in your assigned department.
Conduct Internal Audits and Traceability audits as part of the site Audit Team.
Conduct Hygiene & systems audits as per the site schedule.
Conduct Glass & Perspex audits as defined on the Schedule.
Support NCR investigations and monitor implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
Conduct investigations on Quality and Food Safety issues as required and co-ordinate sampling, testing and results evaluation for the investigation.
Attend and present at meetings as required.
Support the Site Quality and Operations Team and deputies for your colleagues on the Quality & Food Safety team as required.
Qualifications required for this role:
Third level degree in Dairy/Food Science or equivalent.

Additional Role Requirements:
This role requires travel to other ArraTipp sites
