Hotel Operations Coordinator
Treacy West County Hotel, Ennis is currently recruiting for a Hotel Operations Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy hotel.
This is a hands-on operational role ideally suited to someone with 3–5 years' previous hotel experience across a variety of departments. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting the daily performance of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of the hotel, ensuring high standards of guest service across all departments.
- Coordinate daily operational activities in line with standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Deliver a customer experience that reflects our family-friendly hospitality values.
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
- Respond promptly to guest enquiries and resolve customer service issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor hotel activities using the hotel management system and remain up to date with system changes and procedures.
- Assist with planning daily business activities and operational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue through excellent guest service and proactive upselling.
- Prepare staff rosters for operational departments as required.
- Promote positive communication and collaboration across departments.
- Complete regular hygiene and operational checks, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.
- Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed to provide a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
Experience Required
- 2–3 years' hospitality experience.
- Strong Food & Beverage and Banqueting background.
- Previous hotel experience is essential.
- A hands-on approach with a genuine commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Experience coordinating busy operational environments.

Pay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per year
