Brackley Landscape Services designs and builds high-end outdoor spaces for private residences, hotels, public works and commercial properties in Cavan and surrounding areas.
We’re hiring a hands-on Site Supervisor to work alongside our operatives and lead daily delivery of civil construction, groundworks and landscaping projects to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of agreed work plans, including site preparation, excavation, drainage, paving and all other associated activities.
- Supervise a team of General Operatives, ensuring work is organised and completed efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
- Work closely with the Project Manager on work programmes, progress, site requirements and quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management, providing timely updates on progress or issues that may affect project delivery.
- Oversee the safe use and basic upkeep of plant, machinery, tools and site equipment.
- Lead on health & safety, PPE compliance, site organisation and safe working practices.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in civil construction and groundworks with landscaping experience a distinct advantage.
- Team leadership or site supervisory experience with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
- Strong knowledge of construction machinery, plant and tools; CSCS machinery tickets are an advantage.
- High attention to detail and pride in quality finishes.
- Full clean driving licence.

At Brackley Landscapes, we believe in continuous training, support and the active management of health and safety. We are looking for a highly motivated, hands-on supervisor confident in leading a small team to deliver high-quality work for our clients. Hours of work are 39 to 48 per week, commensurate with an annual salary of €36,605 - €50,000 respectively.
