We are seeking an experienced Plasterer / General Operative to join a busy construction team working on local projects across the Midlands.
Responsibilities
Carry out plastering, rendering, and finishing work to a high standard.
Prepare surfaces and ensure quality finishes.
Assist with general construction and site activities when required.
Use hand tools and construction equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area.
Follow all site Health & Safety procedures.
Work effectively with other trades and site personnel.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and to the required standard.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in plastering and construction.
Strong practical plastering and finishing skills.
Previous construction site experience essential.
Own transport and appropriate hand tools.
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Available for an immediate start.
Local full-time work across the Midlands.
Pay: €14.15-€21.46 per hour
