Job Description
We are currently seeking a Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in our Dublin Brown Thomas Concession.
Mission: The Store Manager is responsible for leading and inspiring the store team, setting the standards to deliver the highest business performance through the most elevated customer centric attitude. They are responsible for the consistent achievement of the store commercial success and the effective implementation of the retail strategy. They are the first ambassador of the Brand leading from the shop floor, role modelling the Bottega Veneta spirit, acting with purpose and integrity.
Your main responsibilities will be:
HR Collaboration: Partners with HR to attract, recruit, and onboard a high-performing team.
Lead from the S hop F loor: Cultivates a highly engaged, passionate, knowledgeable, and client-centric team.
Positive Culture: Fosters a welcoming environment that values and amplifies each individual's uniqueness, creating a strong sense of belonging. Monitors, coaches, supports, and provides feedback to the management/store team.
Performance Conversations: Conducts regular reviews with the management/store team, discussing business, team, and individual results, and develops strategic action plans.
Continuous Learning: Ensures the store team attends and participates in relevant company training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and personal development.
Talent Development: Develops a strategic plan for nurturing internal talent, ensuring top talent has a development plan and the store maintains a dynamic succession plan.
Lead and Inspire: Ensures the team executes an elevated client experience with a hospitality and client-centric mindset. Demonstrates the art of connecting with clients and building long-lasting relationships.
Clientelling Tools: Ensures the store team's full utilization of various clientelling tools to activate, retain, and grow the store base.
Engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals: Actively seeks new relationships with high-net-worth individuals and local elite.
Visibility at Events: Attends and is visible for local clients at social gatherings, city events, and exhibitions, creating opportunities for new prospects and relationships.
Client Retention: Creates strategic plans and actions to retain high and top-spending clientele .
Client Development Partnership: Partners with the Client Development department to deliver client-centric initiatives and events.
Brand Vision : Articulates and transmits the Brand vision with a clear strategy and implementation plan, establishing store priorities.
Sales and KPI Goals : Achieves store sales and KPI goals, swiftly adapting to a changing environment and competitor threats.
Performance Analysis : Analyzes store performance, identifying opportunities and trends.
Strategic Projects : Ensures the achievement of strategic business projects, creating action plans when needed and working collaboratively with supporting functions for success.
Brand Passion : Is passionate about the brand and product, sharing a deep understanding of the product.
Market Knowledge : Continually updates and seeks further knowledge of the luxury market, competitor changes, local trends, social scene, and competitor top talent.
Store Compliance: Ensures store compliance with company procedures, policies, inventory control, and Health & Safety requirements, setting the example for the team and ensuring store staff are informed and trained.
Loss Prevention: Accountable for the execution and success of loss prevention actions.
Process Review: Continually reviews all store processes to ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer journey (welcome, staff coverage, payment process, wrapping, etc.).
Luxurious Environment: Maintains a luxurious store environment, ensuring store processes that guarantee an impeccable store appearance (e.g., displays, cleaning, status of the furniture, employee grooming).
Supporting Processes: Maintains smooth and effective store supporting processes (product care, security, administration, etc.).
