Track Marshal:
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and customer-focused Track Marshal to join our Karting team. As a track marshal, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers have a safe, enjoyable and exciting experience.
This is a face pased hands on role that would suit someone who enjoys working with people and can remain calm in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marshalling karting sessions and monitoring the track at all times.
- Ensuring customers follow track rules and safety proceedures.
- Delivering clear safety breifings to customers.
- Operating race starts, finishes and track equipment.
- Assisting customers with karting equipment and queries.
- Carrying out checks on karts and reporting any issues.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
We are looking for someone who:
- Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with customers.
- Reliable, punctual and responsible.
- Works well as part of a team.
- Can remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Previous karting experience is an advantage but is not essential, full training will be provided.
