We have a strong Data Centre project pipeline across Europe and are seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager with a strong technical background and at least 10 years' experience in an engineering or manufacturing role.
Responsibilities:
Management of secured projects.
Assist with the Design and Co-ordination process between the client and contractors e.g. Architect, Consultant, Steel, and Cladding contractors
Develop and manage a detailed project delivery schedule and work plan
Ensure quality control procedures are implemented in-line with the manufacturers guidelines and liaise with the clients to ensure client user and operability is in-line with the product's intended use
Client relationship management
Liaise with senior management team
Track project progress and costs rigorously and mitigate potential risks
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements
Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection
Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications
Preparing technical submittals following detailed project approval processes
Completing health and safety documentation as required
Assisting on site works such as snagging, pre commissioning and commissioning and ensuring all the associated paperwork is completed to the highest standard
Key Candidate Requirements:
Third Level Engineering Qualification or equivalent experience. Preferably Mechanical or Civil.
10+ years of engineering or related experience
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timelines
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Familiar with reviewing CAD, BIM / Revit would be an advantage.
Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
A full clean driving license and valid EU working visa required.

Responsibilities:
The role is a full-time position with the requirement to split time between our office in Dublin and scheduled time on site in Europe.
Rotations vary from 1 or 2 days to a maximum of 3 weeks and are agreed in advance of booking.
