FUSE is a premium gym brand built on great coaching, a strong community, and an outstanding member experience. We're growing our Bray club and looking for a Head Coach to lead from the front — on the floor, in the timetable, and online.
The Role
As Head Coach at FUSE Bray, you'll own the coaching experience. You'll deliver classes our members love, build and run the class timetable, keep scheduling tight, and bring the club to life on social media. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves fitness and knows how to bring people with them.
What You'll Do
- Coach 10 hours of classes per week — high-energy, high-standard sessions that keep members coming back.
- Build and manage the class timetable — design a schedule that maximises attendance and suits our members' lives.
- Own scheduling — coordinate coaches, cover, and class slots so the club runs smoothly week to week.
- Run our social media — create and post content that grows our following, fills classes, and shows off the FUSE community in Bray.
- Drive member experience — build loyalty, engagement, and a buzz on the floor that sets FUSE apart.
What We're Looking For
- A recognised fitness qualification and proven coaching experience.
- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and inspiring others.
- Confidence creating social media content (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook) —
- filming, posting, engaging.
- Strong organisation — comfortable owning a timetable and a schedule.
- Excellent communication and people skills; a natural motivator.
- Reliable, proactive, and a true team player.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing or mentoring other coaches.
- A following or track record of growing one on social.
- Experience in a premium or boutique fitness setting.
