Las Radas Tapas Bar – Naas, Co. Kildare
Las Radas Tapas Bar is looking for a full-time Kitchen Assistant / Trainee Commis Chef to join our kitchen team in Naas.
No previous chef experience is required — full training will be provided.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and genuinely interested in learning to cook and work in a professional kitchen. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in hospitality, as well as someone who already has some kitchen experience and wants to progress.
Working hours
- Full-time – 5 days per week
- Restaurant operates Tuesday to Sunday
- Typical shifts from 2pm until 10pm/11pm
- Evening and weekend availability is essential
- Two days off each week
The role
You’ll be trained by our kitchen team and learn all aspects of working in a busy professional kitchen, including:
- Food preparation
- Cooking and plating dishes
- Kitchen organisation and preparation for service
- Food safety and hygiene
- Working as part of the team during service
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
As your skills and confidence develop, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility and progress within the kitchen.
