Hi! I run a busy, practice-focused solo clinic and I am looking for a warm, skilled, and passionate Acupuncturist with massage/manual therapy experience to cover my upcoming maternity leave.
As it’s just me running the show, I want to make sure my patients are in wonderful hands while I’m away. My idea is to create a smooth, stress-free transition for both of us:
- Warm-Up Phase: Starting with a few hours/days a week to get to know my clients, my flow, and build up your confidence in the space.
- Full Cover: Taking over the clinic flow while I am on maternity leave.
- Phased Return: As I slowly come back to work, we will gradually transition the caseload back.
What My Practice Looks Like
My patients are wonderfully loyal, and I focus heavily on personalized, integrated care. My two main pillars are:
- Musculoskeletal & Pain Management: I almost always combine acupuncture with manual therapy/massage and other complementary techniques in these sessions.
- Women's Health & Fertility: A major part of my practice is supporting women through hormonal health, cycle support, and fertility journeys.
What I’m Looking For
- Fully qualified and insured Acupuncturist working on a self-employed / freelance basis.
- Solid qualification or strong background in Massage Therapy / Manual Work (essential, as my MSK treatments are always combined).
- Specialized knowledge, post-grad training, or a strong passion for Fertility & Women’s Health.
- Someone open-minded, independent, and caring who feels comfortable managing the day-to-day clinic flow while I'm away.
What I Offer
- A Ready-to-Go Client Base: You won't be starting from scratch. I average around 20–25 clients a week during quiet periods and up to 30–35 during peak times.
- Total Support & Smooth Handover: Plenty of time to shadow me, meet the patients, and learn the clinic routines before I step away.
- Flexibility: A schedule that adapts naturally through the onboarding, leave, and return phases.
