This role oversees the full eCommerce operation, ensuring best‑in‑class user experience, strong commercial performance and seamless coordination with internal teams, external partners and brand stakeholders. The eCommerce Manager also supervises the eCommerce team, ensuring high standards in product data, imagery, customer service and order fulfilment.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Website Management Optimisation
Reviewing website layout and UX and coordinating with developers to implement improvements.
Managing platform updates, new features and brand requirements (e.g., Rolex, TUDOR).
Ensuring checkout security and compliance with best practices.
Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers for accuracy and brand alignment.
Analysing traffic and performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimisation.
Evaluating promotional offers and ensuring correct implementation on the website.
2. Digital Strategy Growth
Identifying new marketing opportunities to increase website traffic, engagement and conversions.
Analysing demographic and SEO trends to inform strategic decisions.
Conducting competitor research to support continuous improvement and maintain market relevance.
Monitoring eCommerce trends and innovations to ensure the platform remains competitive.
3. Team Leadership Operations Oversight
Managing and supporting the eCommerce team, including:
Customer service order fulfilment
Product upload product data accuracy
Product imagery product recommendations
Setting priorities, reviewing work quality and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Ensuring deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Acting as the main point of contact for external developers and brand partners.
Working closely with marketing to align campaigns with website content.
Coordinating with retail teams to ensure accurate stock representation and product availability.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, Business or a related field (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and experience working with eCommerce metrics, including GA4and Google Tag Manager.
Excellent understanding of UX, SEO, digital merchandising and online customer behaviour.
Experience working with CMS platforms, preferably Shopify.
Proven experience in team managementand cross‑departmental coordination.
High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and excellent communication abilities.
