Overview:
Kildaragh Cars Ltd is seeking an organised and experienced Office & Finance Administrator to join our busy dealership in Newbridge, Co. Kildare.
This is a responsible administrative role involving customer service, finance administration, vehicle and customer records, sales documentation and general accounts support. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, finance companies and the wider dealership team to ensure that all administrative, financial and vehicle documentation is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
The position is Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Option to work from home one or two days per week once fully trained, depending on experience and how the arrangement works in practice.
Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming telephone calls, dealing with customer enquiries, directing calls and taking accurate messages.
- Liaising with finance companies and assisting with customer finance queries.
- Preparing finance, sales and other relevant dealership documentation.
- Maintaining accurate vehicle and customer files.
- Processing vehicle logbooks and ensuring all required documentation is completed correctly.
- Recording payments and updating the dealership management system.
- Assisting with invoicing and general accounts administration.
- Organising and maintaining paperwork for the company’s accounts.
- Monitoring outstanding payments and documentation and following up where required.
- Ensuring all sales, customer and administrative records are accurate and up to date.
- Handling confidential customer and financial information appropriately.
- Providing general administrative support to the dealership team.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an administration, finance, accounts or customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone and customer-service skills.
- Good computer and data-entry skills.
- Confidence dealing with customers, finance companies and other external contacts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise work effectively.
- Experience handling confidential financial or customer information.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, professional and able to follow matters through to completion.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Must have experience within a motor dealership, finance office or accounts environment!
Pay: €37,500.00-€39,000.00 per year
