T Cell Care — an early-stage Galway (Ireland) medical-device software startup building a remote patient-monitoring platform that detects immune-related adverse events (irAEs) in CAR-T / BiTE patients.
Engagement: Full-time, salaried - hybrid (Galway). Initial 12-month fixed-term engagement, aligned to our next funding/partnership milestone, with a genuine prospect of extension as we scale. Ideal for an engineer with 1–2 years of commercial experience who wants broad ownership in a startup and a path into regulated medical-device software.
Pay: €35,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
