We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Operative to join our team. Whether you have experience in landscape and garden maintenance or are interested in learning and developing your skills, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance of shrubs, trees, hedges, lawns, and planted areas, including pruning, trimming, deadheading, mowing, and feeding
- Apply mulch, fertilisers, and weed control measures to promote healthy plant growth and maintain tidy landscapes
- Identify and report plant health issues such as pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies.
- Maintain hard landscape areas and operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Work to high safety and quality standards, representing the company professionally and maintaining good communication with supervisor and clients.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience in landscape or grounds maintenance with good practical plant knowledge or a strong desire and interest to learn the skills required
- Experience in pruning, feeding, mulching, and general plant care throughout the seasons
- Competent in the safe use and basic maintenance of tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality finishes
- Safe Pass preferable but can be arranged for the right candidate
- A clean driving license is required.
