Founded by Dr Yvonne O’Halloran, our clinic offers a quieter, more considered approach to aesthetic medicine — prioritising patient trust, skin health and a calm, high-quality patient experience.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Front of House team member to join our established Junction 6 clinic on a part-time basis.
The role will primarily involve evening and Saturday shifts, making it particularly suitable for a third-level student looking for regular part-time work alongside their studies.
The Role
Our Front of House team plays an important role in the patient experience at Forest Green Clinic.
You will be one of the first people our patients meet when they arrive and will help ensure the clinic operates smoothly, professionally and calmly throughout each shift.
The role combines reception, customer service and general clinic support.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients to the clinic in a warm and professional manner
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Answer telephone, WhatsApp and general patient enquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Take payments and process bookings
- Assist patients with general information about treatments and appointments
- Maintain accurate patient and booking information
- Support clinicians and therapists with the smooth running of the clinic
- Ensure reception, waiting and treatment areas remain clean, organised and presentable
- Assist with room preparation and turnaround between appointments where required
- Support basic stock checks and clinic administration
- Help maintain the calm, discreet and professional atmosphere of the clinic
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with people
- Professional and well presented
- Reliable and punctual
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers, booking systems and messaging applications
- Able to communicate clearly in person, by telephone and in writing
- Calm and helpful when the clinic is busy
- Interested in providing excellent customer service
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a small team
Previous reception, retail, hospitality, beauty, healthcare or customer service experience would be helpful but is not essential.
Full training will be provided.
Availability
Applicants should be available for a combination of:
- Weekday evening shifts
- Saturday shifts
The hours are particularly suitable for a third-level student, although applications are welcome from anyone looking for consistent part-time evening and weekend work.
Some flexibility around additional hours during college holidays or busy clinic periods would be an advantage.
