Showroom & Operations Manager – N17 Superstores Milltown
N17 Superstores is a well-known retailer in the west of Ireland, successfully operating three electrical and furniture retail stores in Mayo and Galway over the past 28 years.
N17 Superstores are currently looking to recruit an experienced manager to lead, manage and drive sales at our flagship store in Milltown. Co. Galway (H54 E096).
This is a hands-on role where sales performance is key, combined with the responsibility of ensuring the showroom always runs efficiently and professionally.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive showroom sales and maintain a high level of customer service within the store.
- Work closely with the area sales manager on sales, targets, and margin.
- Mentor, coach, and motivate a strong sale team.
- Ensure all quotes and leads are followed up consistently and professionally.
- Maintain excellent store merchandising and commercial standards.
- Analyse sales figures and trends, daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Work closely with the purchasing team on stock management.
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the store and all administration related to the store including cash management and roster management.
- HR management for the sales team in the store.
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies, health & safety, security and any other compliance obligations.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in management is minimum requirement.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in sales driven environment.
- Motivated to achieve sales and KPI's
- Highly organised with attention to detail.
- Proven experience of managing a team of people.
- Excellent communicator, customer service orientated and friendly.
