Due to the continued growth and expansion of our Lettings and Block Management services, Quinn Property Management is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior/Trainee Property Manager to join our team.
Quinn Property Management is one of the leading property services firms in Munster and the Mid-West region. We provide professional services across Block Management, Residential Lettings, Property Sales, and Valuations. We are accredited by the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with our experienced property managers registered with the Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA).
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, a candidate currently undertaking PSRA qualifications, or someone looking to establish a long-term career in property management. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and experience across both residential lettings and block management, working alongside experienced property professionals in a fast-paced and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Property Management Team with the day-to-day management of residential and mixed-use developments.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair works properties in the portfolio.
- Liaise with contractors and monitor completion of maintenance works.
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties and developments.
- Organise and follow up on routine property management inspections.
- Assist in the administration of Owners' Management Companies (OMCs) and block management developments.
- Coordinate activities and communication with the Lettings Team.
- Respond to property owners, residents, tenants, and contractor queries in a professional manner.
- Maintain property records, inspection reports, and management systems.
- Support senior property managers in delivering a high standard of customer service.

Previous property management experience is not required. Full training will be provided.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hold a PSRA licence or be currently working towards obtaining a PSRA licence.
- Suitable for candidates who are part-qualified and currently undertaking property-related qualifications.
- Third-level qualification in Property, Business, Estate Management, Surveying, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and further education.
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
