Early Years Educator – Full Time

Bright Beginnings Crèche & Montessori is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our friendly and supportive team. We are a well-established service committed to providing a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow and thrive through play.

Position Details
- Full-time position – 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (No shift work- everyone starts at 8.30am and finishes at 5.30pm)
- Located in Churchtown, Dublin 14
- Service closed for two weeks over Christmas along with all bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children.
- Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s development and interests.
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
- Observe and document children’s learning and progress.
- Work in partnership with colleagues to maintain a positive and professional team environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and families.
- Follow all service policies and procedures and ensure compliance with relevant early years regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 6 or higher desirable).
- Knowledge of Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Garda Vetting will be required.
