Role Purpose
The Social Care Worker is responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to all day attenders at Serenity Care. This role ensures that services align with New Directions standards, promoting dignity, respect, and person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- The HCA/Support Worker will provide high level of clinical care to the service users
- The HCA/Support Worker will provide quality person-centred care to meet the needs of the service users in the community
- The HCA/Support Worker will promote a caring environment for service users which is conducive to the physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs of the service users, through highest standards of professional practice
- The HCA/Support Worker will provide care services at highest standards in given assigned tasks and duties.

Essential Criteria
QQI Level 5 qualification or equivalent in a relevant healthcare discipline
Experience
Good healthcare assisting skills are essential. Related working experience is mandatory.

Pay: From €16.12 per hour

- Rathdrum, County Wicklow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
