To ensure the smooth and efficient cleaning and servicing of bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors and public areas. To present a clean and fresh environment to agreed standards.
Main Duties.
To service all rooms allocated to you each day to the appropriate standard.
To carry out all duties as assigned to you each day.
To hand in any lost property at the end of each day and to notify Management of any items found.
To deal with all guests that you may meet in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. If any complaints arise please refer them to your Manager.
To communicate all our services and facilities to our guests when they request information.
To take part in all fire drills as requested to do so and to observe all Health & Safety procedures.
To maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming. Long hair must be tied back and uniforms must be clean and pressed
To attend all training days as instructed to by your Manager.
To ensure that you take all precautions necessary for the health and safety of yourself, your fellow employees and all guests to the Hotel.
To ensure that all stairways, landings and fire exits are kept clear and hazard free at all times.
