Are you passionate about supporting people with intellectual disabilities to live full, meaningful and socially connected lives?
Cheeverstown is expanding its Alternative Respite Service and is seeking enthusiastic, energetic and person-centred individuals to join our growing team. This unique role focuses on supporting people to engage in social, recreational and community-based activities during evenings and weekends, helping them build friendships, develop skills and achieve their personal goals.
As part of the Alternative Respite Team, you will support adults with intellectual disabilities to access a wide range of community-based activities tailored to their interests and preferences.
This is not a traditional residential role. Instead, you will be supporting people to enjoy meaningful experiences within their local communities, develop social connections and increase independence through fun, engaging and person-centred activities.
