Zambrero Thomas Street is looking for a strong, reliable and organised Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our restaurant.
This is a hands-on management role in a busy quick-service restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, maintaining standards, managing stock and labour, supporting training, and making sure the restaurant runs properly every day.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates professionally, follows systems, and can lead a team with clear and consistent standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Lead, train and support the team
- Maintain strong food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Ensure Zambrero brand standards are followed
- Build and manage rosters based on business needs
- Control labour costs, stock, wastage and ordering
- Handle customer issues professionally
- Support audits, inspections and compliance requirements
- Monitor staff performance, attendance and conduct
- Make sure opening, service and closing standards are completed properly
- Create a positive, organised and professional working environment
Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, food service or quick-service restaurants
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Good communication and people management skills
- Ability to stay calm during busy service
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence managing standards and holding people accountable
- Food safety knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with rostering, stock control and audits is an advantage
- Schedule: 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends as required

About You
The right person for this role will be dependable, professional and hands-on. You will be comfortable leading from the floor, supporting your team, and making sure standards are followed consistently.
This role would suit an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor who is ready to take the next step.
Pay: €34,000.00-€37,500.00 per year
